Shipping Fee Confirmation for Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay the shipping fee in advance in order to confirm the order.
This payment is required to:
- confirm the seriousness of the order
- secure the reservation of the selected items
- give the order priority for dispatch with the shipping company
Please note that this shipping fee is not revenue for Muhra. The amount is allocated to the shipping process and confirmation of delivery booking.
If the shipping fee is not transferred, Muhra reserves the right not to process, dispatch, or hold the order.

Important Instructions

- After making the payment, please send the payment screenshot with your order number to our customer support team for faster confirmation.
- Your order will be prepared for dispatch after the transfer is verified.
If the transferred amount is incorrect or the payment proof is not shared, confirmation of the order may be delayed.
Free Shipping
- We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders OVER 6000 EGP.

- While all orders below 6000 EGP will cost shipping rates based on the governorate shows on checkout page

- Whether you're purchasing a single item or multiple items, your order will be delivered to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Typically, orders are delivered within 2-3 more business days after dispatch.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take a little longer, but WE strive to deliver within 5-8 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the LOCAL DELIVERY website or by using the tracking link provided in the email or through the tracking page on our store, This allows you to monitor your order every step of the way until it reaches you.
Delivery Attempt
We will take up to three delivery attempts to ensure you receive your order. If you're not available to receive the delivery, we will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a nearby location.
